The NC Resource Conservation and Development Association consists of 10 councils that serve all of the 100 counties in North Carolina.  The state RC&D association was incorporated in 1990 to promote the visibility and accomplishments of RC&D councils and to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas and development of project partnerships.
